SeafairEvery year during the first week in August, Seattle goes into boat mode. Its annual Seafair celebration includes parades, pirates, milk carton boat races, beauty queens, US Navy Blue Angels, and of course, the unlimited Hydroplane races, that cap off the week on the first Sunday.
